The school is open all year. The school closes on national holidays, on the Cascais municipal holiday (13th June), Carnival and on the 24th December.

The school supplies for each primary school pupil must be purchased by parents or guardians before the beginning of the school year.
The school textbooks and workbooks are delivered by the school at the beginning of the school year and paid for together with the October monthly fee. They can also be bought by parents or guardians before the beginning of the school year.
